Segunda 9 y 10

Reading about story structure and seeing the graphs about story intensity made me laugh. It reminded me of one of my fav vhs pieces name JURASSIC PARK. In JP I love how much suspense is in the whole movie. There are dinosaurs chasing people every where, all the time, and SPOILER, what the heck is up with the raptors frickin open doors. When it comes to that its game over no questions start the bus say your prayers good bye. I love how it is fast slow fast slow fast slow, take a deep breath oh wait not just yet. Then there is Grown Ups. Its an Adam Sandler movie with all the typical Sandler Shneider jokes and actors. It has little to no conflict in the whole movie. The last scene feels almost squeezed in and is as close as the story gets to conflict. I didn't say it wasn't a good movie but there was little internal conflict that was humorous and practically no physical conflict. It was funny but JP has a lot more intense conflict that creates a jagged story intensity graph (pg 227). Did I mention that I like Jurassic Park?
